Wizard101, the turn-based deckbuilding MMO for kids, is on consoles. When? Not yesterday, but today. Gamers on Xbox, PlayStation, and not the Switch can check out the MMO in all its glory for a mere $19.99 for the Arc 1 Access Pass.
Console players will find themselves on a whole new server with a fresh start, and no cross-platform play at least for the moment. The news release just says cross-progression is “currently unavailable” meaning the team might not be giving a permanent no.
But fret not, Switch owners. Wizard101 will be coming to Switch at some point in the future, sometime between now and one of the many raptures being predicted on TikTok. Switch players will be on the same servers as other console players.
