Coming soon to a thing in a place.
H1Z1 is a game I love so much that I’m literally the only person in the press keeping an active eye on it. Seriously, I keep writing about this game because I’d like Enad7 to actually do something with it.
Now H1Z1 has been going through some rough times recently, and the game is several months due for a new season with absolutely no word from Daybreak about it (until now). You might be forgiven for assuming that the time spent since season 9 without so much as a peep was an indication of Daybreak getting ready to announce its closure. Perhaps with their end of 2020 financial report being put up this week.
That doesn’t seem to be the case.
H1Z1’s PS4 landing page now shows a “coming soon” sign for Season 10. When is soon? Who knows. What will the battle pass include? How much will it cost? Also great questions. Will I be covering it? You bet your sweet bippy.
Oh and some gossip got poured into my gas tank suggesting that Enad7 will be making a comment about H1Z1/Z1BR in the near future. They bought the studio and they’re not Gamigo, so there’s a safer bet they’ll want to do something with the property. Don’t put much stock into this.
