If you’re one of those people who refuse to play any PC game without a Steam store page, then do I have good news for you. It appears that Guild Wars 2 is finally hitting the Steam store just eight years after its initial launch. Guild Wars 2 has been out for eight years? Feel old yet?
The Steam listing popped up literally ten minutes before this article is getting published. The Steam page shows a November 2020 and also notes that existing Guild Wars 2 player accounts cannot be accessed via Steam, which means existing players will need to stay where they are. Sorry!
