Aliens: Fireteam Elite season 2 is set for liftoff later this December. The update introduces a bevvy of new content including a new game mode called Point Defense, as well as lifetime stats, new weapons, attachments, and cosmetics as part of the Point Defense rewards, and more.
Point Defense puts players in charge of defending and repairing three strategic points from a xenomorph attack. The mode allows you to buy temporary consumables using points earned during the mode, and can reward up to 20 new tchotchkes by completing the mode on various difficulties.
The Nostromo Salvage Pack also will be available alongside the update, adding in over 20 exclusive items, including two Nostromo-themed class kit skin designs, eight weapon colors, four decals, four head accessories, four emotes, and more. The pack can be bought for $9.99 or as part of the deluxe edition of the game.
