You may need to contact customer support though.
Twitch Prime members are well aware of the vast array of goodies for games you’ll never play are made available on a weekly basis. Now normally these offers go off without a hitch, but every so often there’s account issues that prevent them from being redeemed. Such was the case with The Elder Scrolls Online today, as ZeniMax’s account system went offline as users attempted to claim their Cliff Ram Pack via Prime Gaming.
The good news is that the account system is available again. The bad news? You may still need to jump through some hoops.
If you were unable to claim your Cliff Ram Pack from @PrimeGaming, the Account System is now available. Items already claimed are in the process of being delivered. Thank you for your patience. https://t.co/1LsuAvZyTo

While the account system is back up, players are reporting that they still can’t access the pack goodies. For those players, unfortunately all you can do is contact customer service and hope for the best. Some players on Twitter are reporting positive results, others are claiming support refuses to help them. So you may be out of luck thanks to Amazon and ZeniMax’s technical problems.
