Activision Blizzard Still Losing Management

High level members continue jumping ship.

Activision Blizzard is now under investigation by no less than four entities; California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. And as Rome continues to burn, every week or two seems to bring in more news of a high-level manager being fired or quitting the company.

Well today we can add two more names to the list. Activision chief legal officer Claire Hart announced her departure from the company after three years of employment, making a statement on her LinkedIn page.

The past three years have been full of unexpected twists and turns, but I feel honored to have worked with and met so many great people at Blizzard and across the Activision Blizzard businesses.

Hart is joined by Overwatch 2 executive producer Chacko Sonny, who joined Blizzard in 2016. Blizzard revealed in a statement that Sonny is “leaving Blizzard to take some time off after 5 years of service. The deep, talented Overwatch team is making excellent progress on Overwatch 2, and thanks to their hard work, the game is in the final stages of production. We’ll be sharing more at the Overwatch League Grand Finals later this month.”

The list of names being culled from the Activision Blizzard list grows larger every day. Where will it end? Great question. Let’s find out together, shall we?
