Destiny 2 Vaulting Forsaken Campaign

Along with locations and events.

As Bungie continues its efforts to never release a Destiny 3, Destiny 2‘s roadmap inevitably includes the vaulting of more content. In a blog post today, Bungie confirmed that the Forsaken campaign and Tangled Shore destination are going away as of February 22, along with the Presage and Harbinger exotic missions. Some of the content will remain available including the proving grounds strike and battlegrounds activity, both of which will be grouped up in the new Vanguard Operations playlist.

Vaulting this content will allow us the space to launch The Witch Queen expansion and its new Throne World destination, as well as new features like weapon crafting, the new Legendary difficulty campaign option, the new Glaive weapon archetype, plus all the additional content we have planned for the four new Seasons to come starting in February.

For players who haven’t completed or bought the Forsaken campaign, it will be made free from December 7 until its removal.
