Original Story: Everything online seems to be breaking today as server status tool downdetector.com is reporting major outages across just about everything. Major gaming services across the board are experiencing outages including PlayStation Network, Steam, Warframe, Call of Duty, Electronic Arts, and more. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and numerous banks and airlines are also seeing slow or nonfunctioning servers.
Most frightening, it appears that some states in the US are experiencing 911 outages.
So far no one has fingered the culprit, although chatter on the internet is pointing toward Akamai. Even worse? No Fortnite.
