Epic Pictures is debuting its first video game release with the Dread X Collection coming to PC this month. The collection is a compilation of ten playable teasers with the studio donating a portion of each sale to Doctors Without Borders to assist in the COVID-19 crisis.

DreadXP’s editor-in-chief Ted Hentschke considers the bundle to be an elevated Game Jam. Everyone in the compilation was given a week to create their own version of the well-received P.T. for the teaser collection. Participating developers include David Szymanski (DUSK), Snowrunner Games (Soda Drinker Pro), and Mahelyk (SCP: Blackout) among others.

The collection will be available later this month for $7 on itch.io, Steam, and Humble Bundle with $2 going to Doctors Without Borders. Epic Pictures handled international distribution of the film V/H/S and owns the popular horror site Dread Central and its gaming offshoot DreadXP.
