Pearl Abyss today dropped four trailers for four upcoming titles.
The first trailer is for Plan 8 which is billed as an exosuit MMO shooter.
Next up is DokeV, a rather crazy looking creature-collecting MMORPG.
Third is Crimson Desert which by contrast looks to be a very dark and gritty MMORPG
And last but not least is Shadow Arena, which is actually a standalone version of the cancelled Black Desert Online battle royale mode.
Following a successful pre-registration campaign, Black Desert Mobile is set to launch globally on December 11. Currently soft launched in seven countries, Black Desert Mobile is hitting iOS and Android at the end of the year and bringing with it new gameplay features in nine languages.
To celebrate the campaign, all pre-registrations through the official website will come with an added bonus: Black Desert not-mobile. You’ll be able to redeem a coupon upon registering for the mobile game for a copy of the PC, Xbox, or PS4 version. You technically don’t even have to play the mobile game when it comes out. Supplies are apparently limited, so grab your copy before they run out.
Black Desert Mobile will launch with support for English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Indonesian, Chinese and Chinese Traditional languages. For more information, check out the link above.

Pearl Abyss today has dropped a surprise ahead of the annual Pearl Abyss Connect event in the form of three new games under development.
Pulling no punches, Pearl Abyss announced that PLAN 8 is being spearheaded by Minh Le serving as technical director. You may recognize that name as one of the co-creators of Counter Strike. DokeV has brought on a couple of former directors from Black Desert Online including Sang-young Kim and Suh Won Choi.
All three games will be featured at next week’s Connect event. In the meantime you can sign up at the links above to be notified of the trailers when they go live.

Today marks the launch of two new classes in Black Desert on the Playstation 4; the Striker and Tamer.
The Striker class is a melee fighting class that specializes in hand-to-hand attacks to bring down his enemies. The Tamer as you might expect is joined by her animal companion and utilizes powerful area of effect attacks while evading counterattacks. In addition to the two classes, Black Desert on Playstation 4 sees the addition of a new world boss in the form of Karanda The Queen of Harpies. Karanda has a chance of dropping the dandelion weapon box which contains the most powerful awakening weapon in Black Desert.

Black Desert has a new world boss on PS4 in the form of Nouver. Pearl Abyss released the new boss earlier this week along with a new world boss timetable. World bosses spawn across all worlds simultaneously and share their HP across all servers. Nouver drops a sub-weapon box that contains powerful items allowing players to maximize their AP.
“Nouver is a force of nature that rules over the Desert. Adventurers who attempt to face the behemoth dragon will have to fend off sandstorms, heatstroke and hypothermia to just get to the dragon. Then when you get there, you need to face the beast itself! But with great risks come great rewards, and it is possible to get a mighty item from Nouver.”

Black Desert on Xbox One just got handed a big new update as Pearl Abyss releases the Tamer class.
The Tamer makes her way to Black Desert. Accompanied by her legendary beast Heilang, the tamer wields a Shortsword and a Trinket to demolish her enemies. Those who are still standing once the tamer unleashes her attacks, are instantly met with the teeth of Heilang. Let’s find out more about the Tamer!

Pearly Abyss this week launched the second major update for Black Desert on Playstation 4.
The update introduces Awakening status for all ten classes, as well as two new classes and a new region. Awakening is a feature that permanently boosts a character’s power and allows them to unlock new skills and abilities. The two new classes being added are the Lahn and Ninja while the new region accessible to players is the Valencia desert region.

Who loves Black Desert? Megan Fox does. Pearl Abyss today launched the full Black Desert trailer featuring Transformers star Megan Fox. The full trailer dubbed “Follow the Light” will be aired on national television spots. Check it out and revel in how much the Sorceress Class looks a lot like Megan Fox.
Black Desert on PS4 is launching a new update that will see two new classes, a world boss, and more content added to the game. In addition to the Dark Knight and Musa classes, players will also be able to take on the world boss Kzarka
Dark Knight wields intense power gained by burning nature’s latent energy. She wields the deadly Kriegsmesser for close range encounters, and uses her powerful, nature-burning magic for mid-range encounters. Musa was born with a tiger’s roar, and the power of that roar still echoes through his every action. His sword and bow make short work of anyone foolish enough to stand between him and his goals.
