Servers shut off January 31.
Battleborn is officially dead and buried. Gearbox announced way back in 2019 that Battleborn would be rendered unplayable in January 2021 and now that it is February 2021 that day has come and gone. Servers shut down at noon on Sunday rendering the entire game including its single player mode completely unplayable.

Launched in 2016, Battleborn was quickly eclipsed by the release of Blizzard’s Overwatch. Despite the rapid drop in concurrent user numbers Gearbox refused to take the game free to play or make much of an effort to revive the flagging community. By the end of 2017 content updates had virtually ceased and in 2019 Gearbox ultimately announced server closures for 2021.
So if you didn’t get those achievement in they are gone forever. Unless you have Steam and cheat to get the achievements. You can do that.
